Born and raised on a sheep and beef farm in the deep south Stephan settled in Canterbury after some extensive travel and has a history of self employment.
Stephan commenced his real estate career in 2004 with the attitude that he would want to treat people the way he would like to be treated. Nothing has changed from that first day.
Stephan believes that people want an agent that they can relate to and who will operate with transparency and integrity. They also want an agent who will treat them as individuals listening to their needs and requirements. Someone who will guide them but also work with them towards a common goal. Stephan believes he provides this.
"Having seen the highs and lows of recent markets I realise there is a time for patience and common sense decisions that work in the best interests of my clients. No two properties are the same and I feel I have the necessary experience, expertise and tools at my disposal to achieve a premium result."
After several years of study Stephan is AREINZ accredited, Branch Manager qualified, and has the National Diploma in Real Estate and Agents License. He feels that holding these qualifications is a huge benefit and allows him a better knowledge of the industry and ultimately gives him better skills to pass on to his clients in the selling of their properties.
When not working for his clients Stephan enjoys spending time on his lifestyle block with his family Leonie and daughters Georgia, Matilda and Jemima or can be found on one of many Canterbury's rivers or in the hills enjoying everything this great province has to offer.
